See if this feels familiar:
You have coaching instincts, but no clear framework when a session gets complicated. You listen, reflect, ask good questions, and hope the client finds their way.
You trained for one-on-one coaching, but clients bring entire systems with them: partners, parents, teams, histories, conflicts, and pain your toolkit wasn’t built to handle.
You’ve faced betrayal, family cut-offs, or crisis moments and realized motivation alone isn’t enough.
You want to guide clients toward action without sounding prescriptive, but your training only taught you to hold space and ask powerful questions.
You can feel something is missing, but you can’t name it yet.
That gap isn’t about talent, empathy, or experience.
It’s about method.
A systemic, strategic framework that helps you read what’s really happening in a session and know exactly what to do next.
Over the next 5 days, you’ll watch Cloe Madanes do exactly that across 10 real sessions with 10 real coaches and clients, and see what structured coaching looks like at the highest level.

Why coaching is a discipline, not a disposition, and why being perceptive, empathetic, and a good listener is not enough to move a client through the hardest moments of their life.
How to think systemically about any client situation: reading the relationships, patterns, and dynamics around a person, so you stop treating the individual in front of you as the whole picture.
The difference between coaching that helps people feel heard and coaching that actually produces change, and the specific kind of directive intervention that separates the two.
How a master coach handles the situations most coaches avoid: betrayal, estrangement, family conflict, addiction, career paralysis, shame, and guilt – with a structured method instead of intuition.
How to architect a session with intention: who leads, how to plan, what to do when a client avoids the real work, and how to design a directive that moves them forward.
Co-Founder, The Madanes Institute

Dr. Cloe Madanes is one of the most influential figures in the history of family therapy, systemic intervention, and coaching. She is the founder of the strategic approach to coaching, the author of 10 books that are taught as classics at universities worldwide, and the co-founder of the Madanes Institute, a global education and training organization devoted to training coaches and psychotherapists at the highest professional level.
For more than 50 years, Cloe's work has shaped how practitioners across the world think about change, conflict, and human behavior. Her 10 books have been translated into 40 languages. She has personally trained more than 50,000 coaches, therapists, and helping professionals, and she collaborated closely with Tony Robbins for 15 years, co-creating one of the most widely recognized coach training programs in the industry.
What sets Cloe apart is a refusal to separate rigor from humanity. Her method is systemic, strategic, and deeply grounded in psychological evidence; and at the same time it’s warm, direct, and unafraid to act. She does not stay neutral. She does not reflect a client into paralysis. She leads.
Out of five decades of clinical and coaching practice, Cloe has opened her sessions to a small audience, so you can see the work that is normally closed to the public. These are real sessions with real coaches and real clients: unedited, unscripted, and unrehearsed.
Across 5 days, you'll watch her do what she has been teaching for half a century: help people take action in the moments that matter most.

Marketa is an explorer of life and a devoted seeker of truth. Her background includes extensive study of Eastern philosophy, shamanic traditions, psychology, and holistic wellness, alongside 20 years in corporate leadership roles.
She guides others toward discovering their inner authority and highest potential through body-mind integration.
Marketa is trained in hypnosis, neuro-linguistic psychology, emotional freedom technique, quantum therapy, and multiple healing systems including Reiki, breathwork, and Qigong. Her studies of the Universal Dao and daily practice of White Tiger Qigong transformed her health and life, leading her to dedicate her work to supporting longevity, balance, and embodied vitality.

As a long-term practitioner of yoga, I was surprised at the physical increase in strength and flexibility through the Qi Gong practice in such a short time. But more than that, the practice opened up a window of expression within that allowed me to truly connect with myself and others.
I have been practicing Qigong for four months now, and it is very beneficial for me. Suffering from various ailments (fatigue, headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.), I have already seen an improvement. With White Tiger Qigong, I gain muscle strength, I learn to relax, to breathe, and my organs are strengthened. It is a practice that brings a lot of energy and is very beneficial for all people who have bad conditions and even for those who are in good shape.
White Tiger Qigong has had such a big influence on my life and has allowed me to connect with my body and my energy in such a profound way that has enabled me to heal my own nervous system, and I’m feeling the effects brining huge shifts to my life. This practice has helped me to heal my own back and neck pain, and I’ve learned how to build a healthier relationship with my own emotions. I’ve learned to listen and not react. This practice has also been great in helping me in my work and career. It’s really helping me to cultivate stronger relationships with my clients and with others, but most importantly with myself.
I have a physical disability, and I tend to be closed up. Thanks to the practice of this Qigogn I stand up; I feel more deeply opened. Despite having difficulty doing certain exercises, I know that this practice helps me to make my body more supple, to relax and feel better. It feels really good for me.
I have been practicing Qigong for a little over a year now. When I first became interested in Qigong, I came across some YouTube videos of White Tiger Qigong classes with Natalia. The Qigong practice has helped sharpen my focus as well as bring balance and stability emotionally. I am very pleased with the results I have received from my practice and look to share this Qigong with others in hopes they receive the benefits they need as well.
As a school psychology specialist with a Master’s in Psychology, my work with children facing learning and behavioral challenges is extremely stressful. I was looking for a way to restore emotional, physical, and spiritual balance and decided to try Qigong with White Tiger Qigong because of the comprehensive, self-paced structure and live classes. I’ve gained far more than expected. At 59, aches and pains I was told were just part of aging are now gone. I have greater flexibility, better posture, more energy, and a deeper sense of peace. Qigong has been an incredible journey, and I look forward to continuing my studies with White Tiger Qigong.
My initial reasons for wanting to study and practice Qigong were to support my own rehabilitation post-knee surgery, whilst pursuing my desire to train in a dynamic mind-body-centered practice, that had a respected and sound moral code, and which would also provide tools to center and quieten the mind. Having researched different styles of Qigong, I took a detour on my travels specifically to study - Medical Qigong - under the tutelage of Tevia Feng. The array of positive benefits and enjoyment I experienced on a personal level, led me to extend my stay and train to become an instructor. Tevia is without doubt a gifted master, whose passion and dedication to his chosen path, including his commitment to constantly refine and deepen his practice, is infectious.
Until recently, I didn’t pay much attention to my health and got quite typical problems like pain in the back because of herniated discs, migraines, etc. So, I started to investigate what I can do to improve my health in body and mind. A couple of years ago, my husband discovered White Tiger Qigong. I tried different Qigong exercises together with him and liked it a lot, especially because they were focusing not only on the body, but also breath and spirit. Because of the stress at work, I was often in a sympathetic state and couldn’t sleep or relax properly. I saw that Qigong could help me with it.

Two sessions that reset everything you thought you knew about the coach's job. Cloe reframes the purpose of coaching around mission and meaning, and shows what it looks like when the coach, not the client, leads the session.
Day 2 – Coaching Individuals Through Real-Life Problem
Two very different clients, one emotionally and relationally complex, one practically concrete. Same methodology, same directiveness, two completely different interventions.
Day 3 – Coaching Through Relationship and Family Dynamics
A creative, strategic intervention in a seemingly stuck family estrangement, plus a real student reporting back on a transformation she created by following Cloe's guidance. See the work, and see the proof.
Day 4 – Coaching Through Betrayal and Couple Dynamics
Two takes on infidelity from different angles: a direct intervention by Cloe with a couple, and a supervised session with a coach, working the same theme. Systemic thinking applied where it is hardest to apply.
Day 5 – How to Build a Coaching Practice
A practicing coach working with a specific client population, and a young, aspiring coach getting direct career guidance from Cloe. Forward-looking, practical, and the clearest picture yet of what becoming this kind of coach actually takes.
